This project provides equipment maintenance and chemical treatment service and incidental related work for Chiller Plants 1 and 2. Equipment maintenance includes the testing, inspections, calibration, maintenance, repair and component replacement as required to maintain Chiller Plant Facilities and systems in accordance with the manufacturer's original specification. Chemical treatment service include the administration and monitoring of the chemical treatment program throughout the contract term, providing technical advice, recommendations, timely submittal of test results, invoices, requested information, and scheduling in accordance with all contract requirements. This is a Combination Firm Fixed Price/Indefinite Quantity Contract at the US Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland. The terms of this contract shall be one (1) year with four (4) optional years. The estimated date for availability for this project is 29 June 1996. The estimated cost range for this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. There is no charge for this solicitation.
