Furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment and perform all work required to replace existing roofs with new Ethylene Propylene Dienen Monomer (EPDM) Roofs at Building 1075, Fort Monmouth, NJ. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with Drawing No. 10770-1 thru 10770-4 and specifications, 95-0215. Proposed procurement is unrestricted and subject to the availability of funds. Site visit and liquidated damages will be specified in IFB DAAB08-96-B-0004, to be issued on/about June 24, 1996. Estimated range is $100,000.00-$250,000.00. Construction completion time is 90 days. There will be a charge of $12.00 per bid package to cover Government specifications and Drawings.
