Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration has
a requirement for telephone answering and routing service on an
''emergency hot line'', to be answered 24-hours a day, on a toll free
line provided by the Government. Offerors may propose to one of two
optional methods of meeting the requirement: one fully automated
system, or an operator assisted system for emergency calls received
during off duty hours and holidays, in accordance with the statement of
work. All request shall be in writing (or fax (202) 219-6853) and
