The U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration has a requirement for telephone answering and routing service on an ''emergency hot line'', to be answered 24-hours a day, on a toll free line provided by the Government. Offerors may propose to one of two optional methods of meeting the requirement: one fully automated system, or an operator assisted system for emergency calls received during off duty hours and holidays, in accordance with the statement of work.
