FMS intends to modify, on a sole source basis, its contract with IBM Corporation, which currently provides MVS/ESA operating sysem software licenses for IBM mainframe systems located at FMS's HROC, AROC, and PROC locations. FMS will upgrade the current operating system software to Group 60 software. The operating software is being upgraded because of FMS's recent acquisition of IBM's newer hardware. Interested parties capable of providing such services are invited to submit detailed capability statements demonstrating their ability and expertise. No solicitation document exists.
