G -- VOCATIONAL COUNSELING SOL IFB 508-120-96 DUE 082396 POC Angela Allen Contractor shall provide educational and vocational counseling services for veteran clients of the Veterans Benefits Administration section the U.S. Department Veterans Affairs of Atlanta, GA. Work to include comprehensive intake interviews, test administration, scoring and interpretations, etc. Contractor must hold an advanced degree in one of the following fields: Rehabilitation Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology or Guidance and Counseling. Contractor may also be considered if they are a Certified Rehabilitation Specialist, Certified Vocational Evaluator, Certified Insurance Rehabilitation Specialist or National Board Certified Counselor (other qualifications apply). Contractors bidding on a certain area must have an office in that area (i.e., if bidding on Columbus, GA, must have office in Columbus, GA). Applicable areas are Atlanta, Columbus & Savannah. The contract period will be for one base year and two option years. Bid packages must be requested in writing. Issuance of packages will be on or around July 23, 1996. The bid opening will be on or around August 23, 1996. Contract award is subject to availability of funds. This is a total small business set-aside. (0159)
