The Naval Sea Systems Command has a requirement for technical and engineering services for the life cycle support of shipboard surveillance radar programs. This procurement will be conducted as a full and open competition and the resultant contract will replace contract N00024-89-C-5656 with EG&G, Washington Analytical Services Center, Inc. (WASC). This requirement was previously synopsized on 19 September 1995 and 3 November 1995.
