The Bi-State Development Agency of the Missouri-Illinois Metropolitan Area (Agency) is hereby requesting proposals from firms and companies for Real Estate Title Services. Title commitments and policies shall be prepared for the proposed mainline and station areas of the MetroLink extension in St Clair County, Illinois, and the proposed expansion of the existing MetroLink Yard and Shop facility in the City of St. Louis, in accordance with American Land Title Association (ALTA) standards. A 15% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal has been established for this project. The Agency will issue a request for proposals (RFP) describing the above project.
