The United States Agency for International Development in Panama is seeking curricula vitae from qualified individuals for a Non Personal Services Contract for a Treasury Specialist position for the Financial Management Reform Project. The Treasury Specialist will be responsible for the design and preparation of the implementation plan for the development of the Directorate of National Treasury of the Government of Panama, and the Standards and procedures for the administration of funds. The contract will be for one year. Requirements for the position include Degree in Public Administration, Public Accounting, Economics, or related field, preferably with postgraduate studies. Minimum ten years experience in municipal or commercial cash management operations, and in the design and implementation of computerized Treasury subsystems. The specialist must have fluency in speaking and reading Spanish and also the ability to write and communicate clearly in Spanish. The specialist should have experience in the Chilean Treasury System. Information provided in the curricula viate shall contain information on references. This information shall include the name and address of organizations for which services were performed and the current telephone number of a responsible technical representative of that organization.
