This notice constitutes notification of intent to solicit quotes to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to perform maintenance of grease traps and associated lines at Patrick AFB FL, and the proper off-base disposal of any resulting waste materials. Period of performance will be from 01 Oct 96 through 30 Sep 97, with a two-year option period renewable in 1-year increments. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all local, state and federal regulations. Specific requirements and the PWS to be provided in the solicitation package. The proposed contract is subject to the Service Contract Act. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The applicable SIC code and size standard are 7699/$5M. Solicitation issue date of 28 Jun 96 and a closing date for receipt of solicitations of 31 Jul 96 are tentative. Requests for a solicitation package should be received by close of business, 4:15 P.M., on 28 Jun 96. Award is contingent upon release of funds for FY97.
