This project was previously synopized on 12 Feb 96. All companies who responded at that time will have their requests for the solicitation honored and need not reapply. The contractor shall be responsible for designing and constructing an approximate 3600 SF Outdoor Recreation Equipment Rental Facility and Repair Shop. The project includes design of the facility, preparation of construction documents and construction of the facility. The principal items of construction include but are not limited to site work, landscaping, paving, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and interior and exterior building finishes for the new rental facility and repair shop. Preliminary design concept and mandatory requirements of the building will be included in the solicitation package. Contract will be a firm-fixed price contract for the design/construction of the building. Magnitude of the project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The proposed contract listed herein is unrestricted. Only written requests will be accepted. Telephone requests will not be honored.
