Work will also include incidental related work. The period of performance will be 12 months with an estimated cost between $1 million to $5 million. The solicitation issue date is o/a July 1, 1996. This acquisition is unrestricted (open to all bidders). There is a nonrefundable charge of $40.00 per set for bid documents. Payment may be made by company check or money order and made payable to the Food and Drug Administration. Plans are available in full and half-size.
