(4) NSN 5998-01-388-7388, part number CO4211-0502 Rev O3 or higher, Circuit Card Assembly, potential quantity is 5. The current source listed for this NSN is CAGE 2V643 Interphase Corp., 13800 Senlac St., Dallas TX., 75234-0000. Detailed technical data for the manufacture, test or acceptance of these requirements is not available from the Army.
