70 -- UPGRADE OF MAXIMO COMPUTERIZED MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CMMS) SOFTWARE SOL RFP5-51181/024 POC Loren Sunell, Contract Specialist, 301-286-7247 Leigh Anne Giraldi, Contracting Officer, 301-286-4962. The NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) intends to issue Request for Proposal (RFP5-51181/024) on a sole source basis to Project Software and Development Incorporated (PSDI). The Government is contemplating a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a one year period of performance. This acquisition is for the upgrade of (15) existing licenses of Maximo Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software, and (10 new licenses of Maximo and Maximo software maintenance and technical support for one year. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source. PSDI is cited as the only one responsible source because they are the manufacturer and sole vendor of the Maximo proprietary software products. All responsible sources may respond by submitting a written narrative statement of their capability, including detailed technical information and other technical literature, demonstrating their ability to meet the above requirement, within 15 days of the publication of this notice to the above address.
