All equipment is manufactured by Radiometer America, Inc., Westlake, Ohio. Contractor shall perform semi-annual preventive maintenance inspections to be performed in six (6) month intervals, respond to emergency repair calls within one (1) hour by telephone emergency repair call emergency repair call and be on-site within four (4) hours.
