This is a multiple award, sealed bid procurement from which four separate contractawards will be made to cover buildings in each of four NCR Property Management Centers (PMCs). This procurement is being accomplished under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstra- tion Program and is, therefore, unrestricted. Performance willbegin o/a November 1, 1996 and will continue through October 31, 1997. The Government shall have a unilateral option to extend the term for four additional years on a year-to-year basis.
