S -- RADIATION DOSIMETRY SERVICES SOL IFB 521-006-97 (TK) DUE 073196 POC Teresa Kendrick The DVAMC Birmingham requires Radiation Dosimetry Services for the period 10/1/96 through 9/30/97 with four one-year renewal options. The dosimetry processor shall supply, process, evaluate, package, and ship dosimeters and provide and maintain exposure reports. Dosimeters shall be provided five working days prior to designated wear period and reports within 8 working days of receipt of dosimeter. 24-hour emergency services shall be available upon request. The successful bidder must hold a current personnel dosimetry accreditation from the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) of the National Institute of Standards and Technology in all eight categories.
