The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) has a requirement to lease five (5) hotel rooms. Facility must be within walking distance (2,125 linear feet) of Pentagon City Metro Station. Facility must have a complimentary airport shuttle, pool, and exercise facility. Hotel rooms must have kitchen facilities to include microwave oven, stove, regfigerator and dishwasher. A competitive firm fixed price contract is contemplated with base and four (4) option years. It is anticipated that Solicitation No. MS-96-R-0031 will be issued O/A 06/15/96.
