PRESOLICITATION NOTICE - The work includes the addition of approximately 2,800 square feet to the east end of Building 226 at Marine Corps Logistics Base, Barstow, California. Addition to existing building will contain new office areas, restrooms, breakroom and incidental related work, complete and ready for use. The following work may be included under Additive Bid Items of work: New septic system for existing and new building, and a new electrical transformer system. --The estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. -- Firm Fixed Price Contract. -- Contract duration is approximately 120 calendar days. -- This proposed contract will be unrestricted.--The Standard Industrial Code is 1542 and the annual size standard is $17 million.
