Y -- GREENHOUSE REMODEL AT PACIFIC NORTHWEST RESEARCH LABORATORY SOL SOL RFQ 96-8901 DUE 073196 POC Contact, Administrative Services, 541/750-7118 This project consists of the removal of glass roof, shutters, wood shelving, tables, concrete stem walls, piping, conduit, and gravel, necessary to convert an existing greenhouse into warehouse space. Construction will consist of the concrete work, roof framing, sheathing, roofing material, gutters, installation of lighting, insulation, construction of storage cubicals, and the exterior painting of new work. This project is located at the Pacific Northwest Forest Research Laboratory, Siuslaw National Forest, Corvallis, Benton County, Oregon. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government furnished) and incidentals to accomplish all work necessary. Contract time is 60 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Government estimate is between S25,000 and S100,000. Estimated start work date is August 19, 1996.
