The work includes: construction staking, clearing and grubbing, excavation, placing aggregate, installing asphalt surfacing, striping, and construction of a new loading ramp. This project is located on the Siuslaw National Forest, Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area, Douglas County, Oregon. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government furnished) and incidentals to accomplish all work necessary. Contract time is 45 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Government estimate is between S100,000 and S250,000. Estimated start work date is September 9, 1996. Bonding is required.
