Furnish all plant, labor, materials and equipment to replace kitchen equipment at Building 209, U.S. Coast Guard Reserve Training Center in Yorktown, VA with natural gas powered equipment. Work includes removing and salvaging existing stack ovens, grills and deep fat fryers. Also remove equipment utilities. Relocate mixer and service sink. Provide natural gas powered equipment. Provide natural gas and electrical connections to all new equipment. Supply drain lines and steam supply lines for pressure steamer unit. Relocate existing service sink and provide new connections. Provide new exhaust hood and all required connections. Patch and repair any existing construction disturbed during work. Contract performance time is 150 calendar days from date of award. Estimated range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Bid issue date is o/a 7/1/96 for a non-refundable fee of $10.00 per set; requests will be honored until supply is exhausted.
