DESCRIPTION OF WORK - REISSUE - The work addresses best management practices (BMPs) for the reduction of stormwater pollution and includes modifications of three outfall sampling channels and the installation of six automated and refrigerated sample collections stations, miscellaneous aboveground storage tank (AST) modifications, the replacement of two aboveground storage tanks at Building 315, and incidental related work complete and ready for use.--The estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. -- Firm Fixed Price Contract.--Contract duration is approximately 180 calendar days.--Bids will be considered from all responsible sources.--This project is unrestricted.--The Standard Industrial Code is 1629 and the annual size standard is $17 million.--It is recommended the subcontracting plan goals reflect a minimum goal of 5% for Small Disadvantaged Business subcontracting effort.--NOTE: Plans and specs will not be mailed to firms within a 20 mile radius of the issuing office.--A fee will be charged for all plans and specs. Each set will cost $17.00.
