Phase II (Library at building 5136) is a Fiscal Year (FY) 1996 funded requirement and will be awarded prior to 30 Sep 96. Funds for Phase III (Theater and Education center at building 5136) requirements are not presently available. It is our intent to award these phases prior to 30 Sep 96 if Fiscal Year (FY) 1996 funds become available. Otherwise, it will be funded with FY 1997 funds and incorporated into the contract by modification as funds become available, or a continuing federal budget resolution is passed by Congress, but no later than 29 Nov 96.
