Contractor shall furnish all necessary material, equipment, tools, supplies, labor, services and supervision to relocate A/C Condensing Units, at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, North Chicago, IL. Work includes, but is not limited; relocate 3 pad mounted A/C condensing units next to Bldg. 134, provide and install refrigerant piping, electrical service, concrete and fencing. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The completion time for this project is 60 calendar days, after receipt of notice to proceed. A bid guarantee is required in an amount, not less than 20% of the bid price. This is a unrestricted procurement available to all responsible sources. A site visit is scheduled for 7/10/96 at 9:00 A.M. local time, and all bidders are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed.
