Contractor shall furnish all necessary material, equipment, tools, supplies, labor, services and supervision to repair the Cooling Tower, at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, North Chicago, IL. Work includes, but is not limited to; remove existing coating, repair cracks, and apply a new liner, after the current cooling season. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The completion time for this project is 30 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. A bid guarantee is required in an amount not less than 20% of the bid price.
