Work includes all general construction, demolition and removal of existing walls, floors, ceiling and utility system upgrades to create a comfortable environment for patients and staff. Work will also include asbestos removal. All work shall be in accordance with specifications and drawings. Estimated cost range is between $250,000. and $500,000. A limited number of bid packages will be available on or about 7/15/96 and will be issued on a first come first serve basis until supply is exhausted. No fee for plans and specs. Request for the solicitation shall be in writing on company letterhead, addressed to the Contracting, Officer, address above. No telephone or fax requests will be honored. Mandatory contract completion time is 240 calendar days. BOD is 8/15/96 at 2:00 P.M. local time, and all bidders are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. this is an unrestricted procurement available to all responsible sources, and it subject to the availability of FY 96 funds.
