Procurement of the 250-C30R/3 engine with a single channel Full Authority Digital Electronic Control (FADEC) for integration into the Kiowa Warrior Helicopter along with engineering and logistical support services and associated data. It is the Government's intent to award a five-year requirements type contract to Allison Engine Company (AEC), P.O. Box 420, Indianapolis, Indiana 46206-0420. The Government's best quantity estimate is 600 each engines with the following yearly estimates: 120 ea./first ordering period, 120 ea./second ordering period, 120 ea./third ordering period, 120 ea./fourth ordering period, 100 ea./fifth ordering period.
