Notice of intent of the Government to place an order with Computational Systems Inc., Knoxville, TN, for an Oil Analyzer with the following capabilities: Database generation to track trend date by fleet and individual vehicles; Software compatability with 386 and 486 PC with MS/PC DOS; Measurement of ferrous and nonferrous concentrations in oil to determine component condition; Moisture detection to 100 PPM; Data output parameters for lube condition, wear condition, and recommended actions. This requirement is for a Computational System 5100-1 or EQUAL. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Fargo, ND, within 30 days after issuance of a Government order. Any potential source which feels that they can meet these supply requirements must notify the Contracting Office in writing, no telephone request will be accepted.
