Season NO 3. Issue date:7/9/96. FSC 7610-almanacs; books and pamphlets,
instruction/reference; books, technical; dictionaries; encyclopedias;
geography books; medical books; atlases;7640-globes and MAPS (NO
training AIDS); 7690-mailing lists. Commercialitems. Term: 2/1/97 thru
1/31/02. Multiple award Federal supply schedulecontracts. Option to
extend: Selected contracts awarded under this Solicitation prior to
1/3/96 will be extended for an additional five-year period in
accordance with I-FSS-164-D, option to extend the term of the contract.
All resulting contracts will be indefinite delivery indefinite quantity
with a $100 guaranteed minimum. Maximum order: All resulting contracts
will contain amaximum order (Mo). The Mo is a level that is
established to assist customer agencies determine when the opportunity
for obtaining a price decrease has beenreached. When an order exceeds
this level, GSA recommends that the agency seek aprice reduction
before placing the order. GSA advantage: All resulting contracts will
require contractors to submit electronic contract data in a prescribed
format for addition to GSA advantage, an on-line electronic database.
During this open Season, offers that are equal to or lower than the
current contract price for identical items will be considered. The
Government will evaluate all offers and award only one contract for
each publication. Offers submitted under the previous open Season
Solicitation (issued 11/30/95) are currently beingevaluated. Federal
Stock Numbers are not applicable. NO samples required. Delivery
required to Federal agencies within the 48 contiguous States and
Washington DC. 100 percent non set aside procurement. Please FAX
