The offeror must be capable of coordinating and planning all on-camera presenters, arranging for the studio and full crew, arranging and coordinating satellite linkage, designing text graphics, and coordinating with remote sites and the OCC headquarters. The OCC will only consider contractors with proven demonstrated ability to perform these services. It is expected that a firm fixed price, negotiated contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation.
