The solicitation will consist of two bid items: 1)on-site support at USDA Forest Service facilities, and off-site support at contractor facilities. The USDA Forest Service will provide prescribed methods and specifications for the mapping. Offerors may propose for one or both bid items. Award may be made to one firm for both items or to a single firm for each bid item. The contract period shall be for the basic requirement of one year with two one-year option renewal periods.
