Offerors, other than the OEM, capable of fulfilling our requirements must provide written responses no later than 1500 on 1 July 1996 and must include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability. Work to be performed shall be in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer's specifications. The Coast Guard does not own, nor can it provide, the proprietary specifications for rework of these blades. No telephone requests will be accepted; however, faxes may be submitted to (919)335-6496.
