The OMB Circular A-76 reverse cost comparision study portion of this requirement is canceled, however the feasibility for a cost study will be revisited during the second option year of this contract. The following references in the original synopsis are deleted: ''OMB Circular A-76 Reverse Cost Comparison study for'', and ''Based on the outcome of this cost study, contractors are notified that there will be no contract award if Government performance is determined to be more advantageous.'' The recompetition portion of this requirement is continued and the following dates are amended: The anticipated mobilization start date is changed from ''1 Feb 97'' to ''1 Mar 97,'' the total not to exceed months for the performance period is changed from ''62'' to ''61'', the time frame that the source selection is being conducted is extended from ''31 Jan 97'' to ''28 Feb 97'', the tentative date for RFP issuance is changed from ''15 Feb 96'' to ''1 Jul 96'', the proposal due date is changed from ''15 May 96'' to 12 Aug 96'' and the tentative date for the preproposal conference at Sheppard AFB is changed from ''5 Mar 96'' to ''16 Jul 96''.
