Lucas, Contracting Officer, 907/384-7105 (Site Code DAHC76) To provide the necessary Labor, Tools, Equipment, Materials, and Transportation to accomplish the maintenance and repair of approximately 2,000 office machines located at Fort Richardson, US Army Recruiting, Military entrance station in Anchorage Alaska and at the Defense Reutilization & Marketing Office at Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. The Base Period of performance is 1 Oct 1996 through 31 March 1997 with four (4) 1-year options that the Government may exercise. This solicitation also includes the ''Option to Extend Services'' clause, FAR 52.217-0008, which authorizes the Government to extend the contract up to an additional six (6) months within the limits and at the rates specified in the contract. Examples of the items are time stamps, cash registers, teller machines, paper shredders, microfiche viewers, typewriter, calculators etc.. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business.
