This bid solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price Non-Personal Services Contract. The Federal Prison Camp in Alderson, West Virginia seeks a qualified person for the purpose of providing Contract Drug Counselor services to the female inmates incarcerated at FFC Alderson. Services are to include individual/group counseling as well as drug abuse educational sessions to inmates who are participating in residential and/or non-residential drug abuse treatment programs. This contract calls for three (3), eight (8) hour session per week. An estimated total of one hundred fifty (150) sessions will be required for the contract period. The Contract period will be from date of award through September 30, 1997. This procurement is set aside for small business. The estimated availability of the solicitation is expected to be July 1, 1996.
