It is believed that Directorynet, Inc. is the only contractor who updates their records daily. Therefore, this procurement is a SOLE SOURCE and NO solicitation is available. The order may be issued for the remainder of FY 96 with one option year for FY 97. Letters and telephone requests will not be accepted and are considered nonresponsive to this CBD announcement.
