National Park Service requires a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, management, and supervision necessary to provide custodial services to the Statue of Liberty National Monument, Administration Building and Building 43B, located in New York, New York. Base period of the contract shall be October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997, with up to four one year options.
