Sauceda, Contracting Officer at 913-239-0459 or Contract Specialist, Lannie Pender at 913-239-0460 (Site Code DAKF19) Fort Riley, Kansas is seeking potential source(s) to provide for the operation and maintenance of Irwin Army Community Hospital, the Hospital Boiler Plant and approximately 12 Troop Medical and Dental Clinics. The work would include maintenance of elevators, automatic doors,fire alarm and suppression systems, HVAC systems, compressed gas systems, various electrical/mechanical equipment, and all utility services. Exterior maintenance would also be included which encompasses replacement of windows; repair of roofs and walls; concrete work including maintenance and repair of sidewalks, steps and parking lots; and grounds maintenance includeing grass cutting and snow removal. Interested firms with the ability to provide the types of services described above are encouraged to submit a company profile showing present and past performance information to include business size, and the ability to be bonded.
