Construct Base Civil Engineering Facility, Toledo Air National Guard Base, Swanton, Ohio. Work involves construction of a new 21,700 SF facility for the Base Civil Engineering function. The project includes offices, conference rooms, classrooms, work shops, storage areas, men's and women's latrines/showers/lockers, and open administrative areas for pre-wired work stations. This construction consists of walls, doors, windows, EPDM roof, interior and exterior lighting, interior finishes and casework. Also included in the construction is the installation of the primary electric, HVAC and duct work, boiler, compressor, wiring and communications, fire detection and alarm systems, associated site work, parking lot, road, drainage, and landscaping. The project is estimated to cost between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This solicitation is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1542. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no more than 417.0 Million average annual revenue for the previous three years.
