The addition is constructed of block masonry with structural steel and barjoist roof structure and includes rest rooms, showers, and locker facilities. Utility connections include power, water, sewer, and fire alarm. Interior finishes include vinyl tile, ceramic tile, athletic flooring, plaster, painting, acoustical ceiling tile, and painted exposed structural steel. Pre-manufactured vanities, toilet compartments and accessories are included. Mechanical work includes new air handlers, ducting, and controls as indicated; and the electrical includes new lighting, and fire alarm systems.
