Y -- REROOF GOVERNMENT FACILITIES SOL N00-96-25 DUE 070996 POC Contact Mr. Darin Dona, Contract Specialist, (505) 863-8226 The contract shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, services, supervision, plant and incidentals necessary to remove existing roofing and install new insulation and roofing system on BIA School Building Nos. 1005, 1007, 1009(optional) and 1011 at Chinle Boarding School, Many Farms, Arizona. Approximately 1,200 squares of roof will be replaced under this project. The existing roof contains some Asbestos and the Contractor shall be required to perform abatement during demolition. Interested Contractor must be familiar with OSHA 1926.1101 Asbestos Regulations and its impact on roofing projects. This procurement is a total set-aside for Labor Surplus Area Small Business Concerns. The estimated price range is $500,000 - $750,000. Issue date on/about 10 June 96. Bid Bond is required.
