The general description of the scope of work shall provide for but not limited to the following: New Apra Heights; construction of approximately 6 feet high by 1,400 feet long reinforced masonry decorative perimeter wall in front of housing along Route 5, New OApra Heights Housing Area. The project includes construction of entry signs complete with lighting, etc. at main entrance, installation of approximately 8 feet high 5,010 feet long security fabric perimeter fence, and other related work including site preparation, earthwork, seeding, landscaping, miscellaneous clean- up, etc. Old Apra Heights; construction of approximately 6 feet high by 1,000 feet long reinforced masonry decorative perimeter wall along Cross Island Road and Main Entrance of Old Apra Heights Housing Area. The project includes construction of entry signs complete with lighting, etc. at Apra View entrance, installation of approximately 8 feet high by 8,520 feet long security fabric perimeter fence, and other related work including site preparation, earthwork, seeding, landscaping, miscellaneous clean-up, etc. The work is located at the U.S. Navy Public Works Center, Guam, M.I. The performance period is 365 calendar days from the date of award. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. A limited number of plans and specifications will be available on or about 15 July 1996 at no charge and issued on a first come first serve basis. The bid opening date is 20 August 1996 at 2:00 P.M.
