Work consists of removal of asbestos contaminated metal siding and the installation of new blast-resistant metal siding, doors and windows, demolition of existing toilet addition and the construction of new concrete masonry unit and bar joist toilet addition, demolition of interior partitions and finishes and installation of new interior finish systems for approximately 9,500 square feet of office, lab and maintenance facilities, mechanical work includes installation of heating, ventilating and air conditioning system, including approximately 40-ton air cooled chiller, hot water boiler, pumps, VAV air handling systems, exhaust fans, and radiant heat units, electrical work includes installation of interior lighting, power, communication wiring and associated panelboards and service equipment, demolition of exterior electrical primary and installation of new underground primary, transformer and underground secondary into building. Contractor shall possess State of Florida asbestos abatement license. Estimated dollar range is between $500,000 and $1M.
