Complete all work including the underside finish of the framed soffit, and shall include standing seam metal roofing, with any required soffit lighting. (Phase II) The interior repair and associated alteration of the area indicated on the drawings as Phase II to include demolition, hazardous material abatement and disposal, new flooring, ceilings, wall furring, finish and painting, and associated mechanical (HVAC) work and equipment and all associated electrical work and equipment. (Phase III) The interior repair and associated alteration of the area indicated on the drawings as Phase III, including demolition, hazardous material abatement and disposal, new flooring, new walls, repair and furring of existing walls, with new finish and painting. Job Issue date O/A 8 Jul 96. Estimated cost range between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Performance Period: 300 calendar days. The Standard Industrial Code is 1542.
