Z -- SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR PROJECT KNMD 96-1072 AND KNMD 96-4013, PAINT ENTERIOR/INTERIOR, INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS AND MILITARY FAMILY HOUSING UNITS, HICKAM AFB, HI SOL F640605-96-B0013 DUE 073196 POC JOY A. The principal features of this project shall include but not be limited to surface preparation and complete exterior and interior for industrial and exterior for military family housing units repainting of various types of buildings and equipment, repair and replacement of deteriorated wood/metal siding, fascia, gutter and downspout, trim, door and frame, window frame, replacement of broken window glass, survey/sample of lead-based paint and removal where necessary, disposal of the hazardous waste material and furnishing the Quality Assurance/Control requirements necessary to perform all operations in this contract. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract. The estimated range of the procurement is between $50,000 (guaranteed minimum) and $5,000,000 percontract year. The performance period is 365 calendar days with (4) four twelve month option years to be executed at the governments option. The solicitation will be issued on or about 1 July 96 in compliance with Public Law 100-656, Business Opportunity Development Program Act of 1988, establishing a test of unrestricted competition.
