The United States Postal Service is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for a parking lot expansion. Scope of work consists of site demolition to include removal of pavement, lighting, wiring, and fencing. Provide new concrete paving for expanded parking lot, new lighting and associated wiring, new fence, overlayment of existing parking to remain, fence, irrigation of site and landscaping. The work is to perform the South Jersey Processing & Distribution Center, 421 Benigno Blvd., Bellmawr, New Jersey 08099.
