This is an Pre-Solicitation Notice: Work to be performed on 594 Family Housing Units on building structures and the abatement of asbestos and lead-based paint hazards identified in military family housing (MFH) at the U S Naval Base, Phila., PA. The majority of the work is the abatement of Lead-Based Paint (LBP) hazards present in the paint, dust, and soil. The primary abatement alternative to be used for paint hazaaards is encapsulation.
