All work shall be in accordance with the specifications and drawings including the furnishing of all materials, labor, plant, tools, equipment, and other services necessary to complete the work. The work to be performed consists of, but is not limited to, the following principle items: The project consists of demolition nad replacement of interior materials of existing 24 year old structure. Items include removal and replacement of ceiling tiles, and grid, lighting, floor and wall materials. Architectural alterations include removal of glass partition walls and doors, addition of ceiling furrdowns, insulation, lighting, walls for storage, sacristy and audio-booth areas, minor HVAC work and architectural and electrical accomodation of future government provided sound system. Asbestos removal from existing floor tiles and mastic is also required. Copies of the solicitation may be requested by fax/written or in person. There is a one time non-refundable fee for this package of $21.00. Certified checks or money orders must be made out to the ''U.S. Treasury''. The magnitude of construction is $250,000 to $500,000.
