Furnish all required plant, labor, equipment and materials to complete all work in accordance with the drawings and specifications. The work to be performed includes the following principal features: Remove five of the existing boilers and replace with three new high temperature hot water boilers. Remove piping valves, and fittings as indicated on drawings and replace with new piping, valves, fittings, pipe installation and other equipment as indicated. The foregoing outline of principal features does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all materials required by the drawings and specifications and to perform other work items which may be required or associated with this type of work. Estimated issue date is July 15, 1996. A non-refundable fee of $50.00 will be charged for each bid package requested by a bidder. Such fees shall be in the form of check or postal money order payable to the U.S. Treasury and mailed to Directorate of Contracting, Contract Support Division, ATZR-QD (Dewayne Cochrane), PO Box 33189, Fort Sill, OK 73503-0189.
