Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and operations and all associated work as required to perform repairs to parking lot at building 1073, Beale AFB. All work accomplished will be in strict accordance with specifications and drawings. Work includes but is not limited to the following: coal tar seal coat; concrete slabs, curb and gutter; asphalt concrete patching, removal, and replacement; ground rods; catch basin, pipe, and valve. Project requirements will be made available on or about 11 July 1996. The magnitude of this solicitation is between $250,000 and $500,000.
